Ingredients

  • Large Portobello caps or King Oyster mushrooms work best for a meaty texture.

  • Olive oil, butter, or a mix.

  • Salt, black pepper, steak seasoning, paprika.

  • Soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce.

Directions

  • Bonbon croissant oat cake wafer carrot
  • Bear claw cookie jelly biscuit candy macaroon
  • Brownie lollipop cake fruitcake gingerbread
  • Marshmallow soufflé lollipop tootsie roll jelly beans

Notes

  • Sliced cremini or button mushrooms.
  • Butter, olive oil.
  • Garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, fresh thyme, parsley

The next stage in aging leads to Cremini mushrooms, a much more flavorful variety for our steakhouse style mushrooms. These are marketed in the US as “baby bella mushrooms,” and they are just that, smaller, immature portobello mushrooms
